SHIPPING POLICY

Please allow 1-2 business days to process your order.

Expect delays on orders made on or around national holidays. 

Items will ship 3 days after purchase or sooner.

There is free shipping for all items within U.S. territories.

International purchases will require an extra fee.

All purchased items will come with a tracking number and purchase receipt. Items purchased are not available for pick up.

Domestic Shipping Rates

  • Fast delivery time: 1-3 Business Days

  • Free Package Pickup service at your home or office

  • Includes USPS Tracking and up to $50 of insurance with most shipments (restrictions apply)

  • No surcharges for fuel; resident or rural delivery; or Saturday delivery

  • Flat Rate, regional, and prepaid pricing (retail only) available

  • Prepaid Forever Priority Mail Flat Rate. Except for Priority Mail Flat Rate packaging, Priority Mail prices are based on weight and zone. With Prepaid Forever Priority Mail Flat Rate, you get the same Flat Rate pricing with the added convenience of Forever postage.

International Shipping Rates

  • Fast international delivery time: 6–10 business days1

  • May qualify for free Package Pickup service at your home or office

  • Includes USPS Tracking

  • Includes (with some exceptions) up to $100 of insurance for non-negotiable document reconstruction and up to $200 insurance for merchandise for loss or damage

  • Except for Priority Mail International Flat Rate pricing, Priority Mail International prices are based on weight and destination country

Return & Exchange Policy

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged

  • Returned items must have be returned in original product packaging

  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

To start the process of your return:

Please create and email send a photo of the product to support@pinkskiescrystalshoppe.com

Once the item photo has been processed (1-3 business days), a return shipping label will be created and sent directly to your email. 

Please print and attach to your shipping container.

You will be responsible for your own packaging, please make sure items are protected, if an item is damaged upon shipping back, could result in denial of refund.

Depending on your financial institution, please allow 10-15 business days for the refund to show up in your account.
